Over more than 15 years specializing in recruiting and selection, Victoria led personnel selection at regional and national levels, trained assessors across Canada, and worked in environments where identifying the right people, behaviours and potential mattered.
Today, she combines that experience with a Master's in Organizational Psychology, HR expertise, and her own experience building six and seven figure businesses to help trade business owners build teams they can trust.
